30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return and exchange period, beginning from the date your order is successfully delivered.

To qualify for a return, all items must be:

  • In new, unused condition
  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Returned in their original packaging, including all included materials

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items under the following guidelines:

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you originally ordered, we will prioritize resolving the issue promptly and efficiently.

In such cases:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
  • You may choose either: A full refund, or a replacement item of the same design

Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind or wish to return an item for personal reasons, you may do so under the following conditions:

  • The item must remain unused and in its original condition
  • The return must be initiated within the 30-day return window

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs in these cases
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange within 2 business days. Replacement items will be shipped promptly thereafter.

Refunds and Fees

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for returns or exchanges.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected
  • Processing time: Within 5 business days
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method
